Abstract

In today's dynamic business landscape, achieving efficient and seamless supply chain management is paramount for organizations to maintain a competitive edge. This paper proposes a novel paradigm of harmonizing human resources through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to optimize supply chain management processes.
