Impact of Training and Development on Employee Engagement and Satisfaction in It Industry

Abstract
The employees of an IT industry in real-world needs training and development programmes to perform their activities correctly in a very efficient manner. Research work also suggested that management engaged in their workers development have gained huge and doubled their earnings as compared to different industries who are not devoted to such engagements. Therefore, dedicated training and improvement on their workforce fosters their engagement thus, helps in a greater efficient, aggressive, and satisfied groups of workers as they are essential in a corporation’s monetary overall performance. The success of an IT industry depends totally on their workers overall performance. It also allows the workers connected with such industries, to gain and keep top skills which led towards, to increase their task pleasure and morale, improve productivity and earn greater earnings. They are considered, as one of the critical elements of enlightening the employee overall performance in most of the IT organisations. The study also indicated that their needs to be more and continuous training and development for all their workers to regain best employees. This paper discusses how the employees of an organisation are one of the major assets of any industry.
