The Causal Factors Affecting the Knowledge Management of the Temples which are the Pali School and the Religious Studies School in Bangkok and its Vicinity

Abstract

The objective of this research are as follows: 1) to study technology innovation and organizational culture affecting knowledge management of the temple which is the Pali school and the religious studies school in Bangkok and its vicinity 2) to create a model of causal factor affecting knowledge management of the temple which is the Pali school and the religious studies school in Bangkok and its vicinity. review literature by documentary research form 600 articles can be used for 150 articles. The research methodology is mix method through conducting of quantitative and qualitative research for data collection. The quantitative research is an analysis of the structural equation modeling (SEM) and in-depth interview as part of the qualitative research.
