Abstract
Unprecedented Covid pandemic during the recent time has changed the complete ecosystem of the globe. Every section of societies has been impacted by this pandemic. A new normal of living has emerged in every facet of life. Business entity has also not left unaffected by this pandemic. Practising social distancing has become a new normal and accordingly virtual inter-connectivity has taken a huge space in inter-personnel relation.
Management Development Programmes (MDPs) is one of the important interventions for continuous development of executives in an organisation. During unprecedented Covid 19 situation, the large number of MDPs have been switched over to virtual mode due to compulsions which have been posed by pandemic.
The main objective this study is to study Participants’ and faculties’ Perception Regarding the Effectiveness of the Online Management Development Programme vis-à-vis offline MDPs and to derive an effectiveness quotient between online MDPs and offline MDPs.
