The study also identifies the role of strategic HR in promoting inclusive communication, including creating a culture of inclusivity, providing training and development opportunities, and establishing clear policies and guidelines. The case studies reveal that strategic HR has been instrumental in creating a culture of diversity and inclusivity, which has fostered better team dynamics, decision-making, and outcomes. This study provides significant contributions to our understanding of the importance of inclusive communication and strategic HR in enhancing agile team dynamics and decision-making processes in diverse teams.
