Abstract

The rapid growth of e-learning in India has created new opportunities and challenges for individuals seeking to improve their employability and adaptability. This abstract provides an overview of the research conducted to determine the efficacy of e-training in improving employability in the Indian context. It emphasizes the significance of e-training in closing the skills gap and meeting the demands of a changing job market. To understand the barriers that individuals face in accessing e-training opportunities, challenges related to digital infrastructure, internet connectivity, and technological literacy are also addressed. Policymakers and stakeholders can work together to create a more inclusive and accessible e-learning ecosystem by identifying these challenges. The study's findings shed light on the benefits and drawbacks of e-learning in terms of improving employability and adaptability.
