The Importance of Soft Skills: A Comprehensive Study on the Employability of Business Graduates in Bangladesh

Abstract
This research proposal aims to investigate “the importance of soft skills and the impact of soft skills on the employability of business graduates in Bangladesh.” The study aims to pinpoint the most important soft skills that employers look for during the hiring process and to look into how these skills affect employment prospects and career advancement opportunities. Using a mix of primary and secondary qualitative research methods, like Likert scale surveys and a careful look at relevant publications and online sources, data will be gathered from employers in Bangladesh. For the primary data, a thematic analysis and descriptive statistics will be used. For the secondary data, a systematic review and a thematic analysis will be used. The implications of the research include helping business graduates improve their employability and advising academic institutions on how to improve their recruitment practises. The research findings will help to close the gap between academic preparation and industry demands, thereby improving the employability prospects of Bangladeshi business graduates.
