Job Satisfaction Level among Millennial Generation Employees

Abstract

As the millennial generation entered the workplace, the workplace scenario has changed. HR Strategies shall also be formulated according to the needs of the millennium generation.  In the present paper, efforts have been made to analyze the Job Satisfaction Level of Millennial Generation employees working in the Delhi-NCR Region. Millennials Generation is typically defined as people born between 1980 and 2000. Delhi NCR region has been chosen because of its diversity and cosmopolitan nature. It is believed that the NCR region represents the entire nation as a whole. The job Satisfaction Questionnaire developed by the University of Minnesota has been used in this paper. The paper can help HR managers to develop suitable recruitment, deigning pay matrices, and job satisfaction improvement strategies for their employees in the contemporary scenario.
