Determining Consequences of Post Liberalization Changes in Human Resource Policies on Employee Relations and Performance

Abstract
To what extent have post-liberalization changes in human resource policy affected employee relationships and productivity? that is the question this abstract sets out to answer. The research will look at how liberalization policies have altered HRM strategies and how that has altered workplace dynamics and productivity. Quantitative and qualitative techniques for gathering and analyzing data will be used interchangeably in this research. Researchers will examine a cross-section of businesses in a certain field or part of the world, and then extrapolate their results to the broader business community. This study will add to the growing body of literature on HRM as it pertains to liberalization legislation, and it will also provide light on how best to manage HR in a more open business climate.
