Abstract

This dissertation is worried with the exploration of unique activities finished with the aid of using public provider broadcasters in Europe. For this purpose, a case examine approach can be employed. Seven companies, namely, British Broadcasting Company (BBC); British Broadcasting Company, Channel Three (BBC THREE); Norsk Rikskringkasting (NRK); Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg (RBB); Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroep (VRT); Yleisradio Oy (YLE) and Norddeustscher Rundfunk (NDR) participated withinside the project.
The major speculation proposes that being the general public broadcasters a part of the innovative enterprise they put together and execute innovative unique activities. The 2nd studies query intends to study wherein instances creativity is the primary detail main to the fulfillment of the event. And the 1/3 examine location is related to organisational creativity. In this case, the researcher intends to study if the creativity stage of an agency impacts the creativity stage of its results or products.
