Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between how employees see their role in an organization's or their own performance at work and how well their working conditions are. It draws attention to the importance of the subjective and behavioral components of work-life balance and their bearing on how strongly each employee's desire to increase productivity within the firm is created. The findings show that for employees, being integrated into a positive work environment, the freedom to manage their own work and make choices brings job satisfaction and through training and development, their motivation level is boosted all positively affect their perception of contributing to organizational work performance. The outcomes of the organisation are significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Work performance is a Dependent Variable in this Paper and Work environment, motivation, job satisfaction is considered as independent variables. The goal of the study was to identify key elements that increase the work performance by improving quality of work life.
