A Study on Factors Influencing the Decision of Adopting E-banking Services among Millennials

Abstract
The world's economies have been impacted by the global corona virus pandemic. Consumer behavior has changed as a result of precautionary measures implemented in various ways, including lockdowns, across all businesses, including retail banking. Many customers began favoring digital banking services over traditional ones as a result of the Corona crisis. The study makes an effort to look into the main variables influencing these shifts in consumer attitudes toward e-banking. The study looks at 11 elements identified by several studies that generally have an impact.
