A Study about Borrowers Opinion on Commercial Vehicle Loan in Kanchipuram

Abstract

 This study attempts to find out the customer opinion about the commercial vehicle loan at force motors. The study was conducted to know how the customer buys the vehicle with the help of a commercial vehicle loan with the interest rate each bank and financial institutions provide. The problems faced by the customers during the pandemic and also inquired about the satisfaction level of the customers were also studied. A total of 235 responses have been collected and analyzed using the statistical tool for research. From the study, the result obtained elucidates the various factors that are considered by the light vehicle purchaser when it comes to hiring finance. This also helps to know the challenges faced by the customers during the pandemic and they have suffered to pay the loans back. Research has been done by using the questionnaires in the form of Google forms sent through social media applications. The borrower’s opinion about the auto commercial loan shall be documented with the help of this study.
