Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of global business, organizations across the world, including those in emerging economies like India, are constantly seeking ways to gain a competitive edge. One of the most critical factors driving success in this environment is talent. The ability to attract, develop, and retain skilled and motivated employees has become a strategic imperative for organizations aiming to achieve sustainable growth and competitiveness. This empirical study aims to explore and analyze the impact of talent management practices on the performance of companies operating in the emergering industries of India. As the competition for talent intensifies in emerging Indian industries, this research serves as a timely guide for organizations looking to leverage their human capital to achieve sustained growth and success. The study aims to offer practical recommendations to organizations, HR professionals, and policymakers for optimizing talent management strategies to meet the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. A sample of 221 was collected from people working in different industries and understanding how Talent management helps in improving performance of organization.        The factors that determine the role of Talent Management in enhancing organizational performance are Knowledge transfer & Innovation, Recruitment & hiring, Performance Management, and Employee engagement & retention.
