Abstract

In an era marked by rapid technological advancements, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force influencing various sectors, including organizational behavior within businesses. This research sheds light on the pervasive nature of AI's impact on the dynamics of organizational behavior, encompassing leadership, team dynamics, and employee engagement. Despite a rich tapestry of studies on AI in various domains, there exists a lacuna concerning its intersection with organizational behavior. This study seeks to address this gap by integrating both qualitative and quantitative research methods. A thorough review of existing literature revealed the precedence and methodologies previously employed. Subsequent to this, a mixed-method approach involving surveys and interviews was conducted across diverse industries to ascertain AI's influence. Key findings indicate that while AI streamlines operational efficiency and introduces data-driven decision-making, it simultaneously poses challenges in terms of adaptability, trust, and skill disparity among employees. This research underscores the profound implications of AI for organizational leaders, HR professionals, and policymakers, emphasizing the need for proactive strategies to harmonize AI's capabilities with human-centric organizational objectives.
