Abstract

In order to combat cybercrime, this article examines the ethical and legal ramifications of using artificial intelligence (AI). AI is now a crucial tool for detection, prevention, and response due to the ever-evolving sophistication of cybercriminals. However, the use of AI in this industry raises important moral and legal questions, such as those related to accountability, accuracy, and transparency. This discussion aims to clarify these complexities and offer perceptions into the moral and legal limits of using AI to prevent cybercrime.
