Abstract

This study offers a thorough analysis of worker education and development in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with an emphasis on evaluating the condition of worker development programs and initiatives as of right now. As a developing metropolis, Raipur has particular opportunities and problems when it comes to improving the knowledge and skills of its workforce. The review assesses the efficacy of training and educational initiatives meant to enhance employees' competences and career opportunities by synthesising available research, policy papers, and statistical data.

The study looks at the obstacles that employees must overcome in order to obtain resources for their education and development, as well as the role that governmental and non-governmental organisations play in supporting these efforts.

The research shows both success and challenges: whereas educational options and skill development programs have advanced significantly, problems including poor infrastructure, weak industrial connections, and regional inequities still exist. In order to better serve the demands of Raipur's workforce, the evaluation ends with recommendations for changes to policies, more funding for training facilities, and improved industry-acacademic cooperation. The purpose of this brief review is to give stakeholders—policymakers, educational institutions, and business leaders—an understanding of the state of worker education and development in Raipur today and to identify areas that could benefit from strategic intervention to produce a workforce that is more skilled and flexible.
