Abstract
Emotions and sentiments play a crucial role in shaping an individual’s behavior and conduct. In today’s workplace, the significance of emotions has become more evident, as they directly or indirectly influence job performance and overall organizational success. Emotions are at the heart of an employee's experience. With the rise of social media, employees now share their opinions and experiences about their organizations more freely online portals. This creates a rich source of data for understanding employee sentiment. By analyzing reviews from three leading IT companies in India, insights were gained into how employees perceive their workplaces.
