Abstract
Working in an environment overrun by information and communication technology requires bank employees to focus on improving their performance and professionalism in order to improve the quality of banking services, especially when it comes to electronic commerce, which is carried out remotely and according to somewhat decisive procedures, as bank employees have a professional responsibility towards customer satisfaction.
